Serviceman was very knowledgeable; polite; not wanting to sell me a new product; showed me a few
things (actually spent about 1/2 hour looking things over; then, because of my concern; he said that
it would be better to look at it in the summer (so the freon could be balanced properly).He left no
charge. I've already recommended him to my neighbor when I reschedule him in the summer.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Product line is competitive with other installers. Price is
competitive. Bruce went the "extra mile" and also corrected problem with water heater vent while
installing vent for new furnace. I am highly satisfied with the product & service provided during
installation. I will highly recommend Precision Air & Bruce to all my friends needing furnace/heating
work...
